Terms and Acceptable Use

These terms govern use of the Derryberry Consulting LLC public website, request forms, assistant, and client portal.
Website and assistant
The website and assistant provide general information and help start a conversation. They do not replace a signed services agreement, emergency support channel, security incident response plan, or professional advice tailored to a specific environment.
Client portal access
Client portal access is invite-only and approval-gated. Accounts may be created, approved, suspended, or removed by Derryberry Consulting. Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or client data.
- Do not submit malicious code, exploit attempts, spam, credential-harvesting content, or abusive traffic.
- Do not use the site or portal to interfere with availability, security, or other users.
- Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, or regulated data unless Derryberry Consulting has provided an approved secure process.
Service requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of work, emergency response, or a specific service level. Any paid work, managed service, or project engagement requires separate agreement.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. Derryberry Consulting works to keep information accurate and systems available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
